I took my friend's Breathwork course recently, and it changed my life. I knew I needed it, but admittedly I was nervous. It helped me get centered in the morning when I wake up, helped me release some more profound “things,” and gave me insights into keeping my breath in line when I’m performing in high-energy situations. Oh, and it kept
